All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. If there is a delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Returns Policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Item(s) must still have tags attached
Item(s) must be unwashed, unused, and unworn
To start a return, you can file a request through our Returns Portal. Return shipping is free, so no need to worry! If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
